Because of the nature of digital assets, it is common to have many transactions. I have developed a unique method by which my approach insures accurate reporting results. This, of course, requires that I have access to full/100% input of the source transactions that have occured. The principle of GIGO very much applies to having the highest quality of books.

Crypto Bookkeeping International was founded by Charles B Calkins, MBA in Accounting, Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA), and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Directly from Texas A&M University, College Station Texas, I rose through the ranks to become a Senior Accountant with Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte) in the Houston, Texas downtown office. During my fifth (5th) year at Touche Ross & Co, I resigned in 1985 and have since been in private practice specializing in privately-held corporate & individual accounting & taxation, as well as handling many different size firms internal computer networks, accounting systems, and related IT infrastructure. Two higher profile companies where I had multi-year engagements in managing the accounting systems for the retail outlet centers were Dell Computers in Austin, Texas and and Compaq/HP in Houston, Texas. 

In 2017, I became interested in the new world of digital assets. 
Realizing that this new industry of 'digitizing' money & assets of value was going to change the world, I sold my accounting & computer businesses and focused solely on digital assets.
Realizing that a high-level & professional software tool would be a necessity, I explored many different options on the market.
CoinTracking was the obvious choice. I like to call it the Auto CAD of digital asset reporting. This is because of its unparalleled number of features, number of worldwide customers, and its enthusiastic & dedicated developer team, headquartered in Munich, Germany.
